Philosophy department announces Adams and Thomas as dissertation fellows for 2020-21

Thanks to the generous support of the Mellon Foundation, The Philosophy Department has been able to appoint two Mellon dissertation completion fellows for 2020-21: Jeremy Adams and Bailey Thomas. Jeremy is a 5th year PhD student currently writing a dissertation entitled “‘We Are Revolutionaries!’ Black Radical Women on Love, Liberation, and Revolution.” Bailey is a 4th year PhD student writing a dissertation entitled “Knowing While Black:  Insidious Ignorance and Oppositional Knowledge.”
