Jasmine Wallace to Join PSU Philosophy in Fall 2024

Jasmine Wallace, Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Georgia Southern University, will join our Philosophy Department in fall 2024 as Assistant Professor of Philosophy.

Professor Wallace received her doctoral degree in philosophy at the University of Memphis in 2021. Her area of specialization is critical philosophy of race. She is the author of the 2023 “Conceptually Misaligned: Black Being, the Human, and Fungibility,” in the Journal of Speculative Philosophy (37:3: 333-344).
