Professional Bio
Yasmine Brown is a philosophy Ph.D. student at Penn State. She earned her B.A in Philosophy, with a double minor in African American Studies, Legal Thought, and Liberal Arts, from the University of Memphis (2024). Her areas of interest are feminist philosophy, critical race philosophy, and Philosophy of Religion. Her research focuses particularly on the intersections of race, gender, and religious thought, exploring how these dimensions of identity and experience inform and challenge one another within philosophical discourse.
