Naima Castaneda Isaac

Professional Bio

Naima Castaneda Isaac graduated from Spelman College in 2022 with a BA in Philosophy and Spanish. Her scholarly interests include ethics, epistemology, Indigenous and Native American thought, and feminist philosophy. She is particularly interested in body knowledge and memory and their link to social epistemology and moral psychology. Additionally, she Naima is eager to continue the research she did in Mexico on Zapotec and other Indigenous knowledge during her Fulbright grant in 2023.
